Right-Wing Persecution Fantasy: Feeling Down, Read Some Ludwig Von Mises

Opposition in principle to Socialism there is none. Today no influential party would dare openly to advocate Private Property in the Means of Production. The word "Capitalism" expresses, for our age, the sum of all evil.

Those who confess to the principles of Liberalism and who see the only possible form of economic society in an order based on private ownership of the means of production are few indeed.

Oh boy. He wrote that not in 1968, or 1934. But in..... 1947!!!!!!!

Yes, nobody advocated private ownership of the means of production in 1947 except... Joe Mccarthy, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Harry S. Truman, the House Un-American Activities Committee, The American Federation of Labor, the CIO which had just purged Communist leaders, The Republican National Committee, The Democratic National Committee.

Mises thought Socialism was triumphing in the western world, at the very point it had no power. He is a fool.

Lesson: The right-wing always acts like they are the underdogs when they are on the offensive.
